How hot does your system get when it is running, the parts for the kit run like $1000 and most of that is the CPVC schedule 80 plastic, I was wondering if I could use PVC schedule 40.

Yow, 1K Northey what site did you buy from?  I have been doing a lot of research and found systems where it will cost you about 60.00.

The book was $50 from the link earlier, but the materials I would need to build it would cost around $1000. And after reading the book I will have to say that this is a very well thought out system. Not just a glass jar and wire.

hey northey i dont think it matters on the type of pipe, both will work good, mine heats up a bit but its not anything to worry about, $1000 is a lot, does it say how much hydrogen it will produce? if its below 2 Liters a minute $1000 isnt really worth it, and also does it say how many amps it will pull to produce however much?

The book does not say how much it produces per min but it is adjustable and that amps increase as you accelerate so it makes more gas when you are accelerating.

Hey guys I took a good look at fuel concepts product. I also came across another site that is similar to run your car on water:
The site below may be a little less intense than run your car from what Northey says but its build cost is about 150 bucks

http://water4gas.com/2books.htm?hop=cbsecured

I have two vans for our business that are exactly the same I think I am going to install the fuel concepts product in one which costs 170.00 and build a HHO system for 150.00 and put it in the other to compare two similar priced products and see what happens.  Both claim to deliver about the same results but the approaches are very different.

that is a good idea on your vans, be nice to have them both on one and see how much better it does,  they make a magnet that goes on your fuel line also and lines up the particles of gas and is supposed to help, im going to do some experiments with gas and magnets today, i got a design for a carbeurator that i think would work very good

No, its not to run the engine completely off hydrogen, but they are claiming 45-100% increase in MPG's. If I go with PVC schedule 40  I can cut $500 off the $1000 because the CPVC S80 is that expensive.
