I have a 88 Surburban w/6.2 diesel and love it. 289000 mi and going strong. Never been apart and 60 psi idle and 80 psi running down the road ! I had a 96 dually 6.5 it was junk ! If you buy one buy the 98 -00 for the 6.5, you really need the Duramax with the allison trany. I get 15 mi pr gal towing 5000 pds. 20 mi pr gal empty. My dually 4 dr with 4.10 ratio got 21 empty and 15 loaded with 7500 pds.
