Hello everyone.

I was just looking for some advice or direction.  I have a 2001 Crew Cab S10.  I am looking for some type of roof rack I could use on this truck.  I will primarily be using it to carry snowboards and skis.

Does anyone have some advice?!?  Thanks kindly.  Cheers!

Do you want something permanent or one you can take off at a moments notice?  JC whitney carries universal ones that just sit on the upper door jamb.

I was thinking something permenant as long as it did not have any negative effects or caused any problems.

But if that does not work then I may just get something removable.  Thanks for the info.

You can get a Blazer roof rack and cut it to size and mount it with screws.

I would have to agree, i have seen several pickups with blazer racks that looked very good, and functioned well, but i ould also check the online replacement sites, because i believe some of the s-10s, possibly the zr-2 came with them, and you may be able to get one of those fairly cheap.
