Spice it up a bit

House -> Spice it up a bit (2/24/2008 7:43:40 PM)

So my Tahoe is a dog. But i really love it. I mean i miss my Cadillac, but with kids the truck is more useful, and the boy loves to get it muddy with me. So i recently received a nice bonus, after investing most of it, i submitted a conservative spending plan for fiscal year 2008 to the boss (the wife). It actually got approved, so i dropped a grand on basic stuff. Shorty headers, K&N intake, and a tuner to help wake it up a bit, and i need a muffler yet for sound. I can't hear it, and that's a tragedy b/c nothing sounds better than the American V8. Well since i came in under my proposed plan, i want to make it look nicer too. The Engine, not the truck, the truck should be covered in mud at all times, as far as i am concerned.
My question is on valve covers. Are there any benefits or short comings when installing "tall" or "stock" height covers?
might be a stupid question, but i don't care, i couldn't find the answer anywhere else. Of course, i am completely computer illiterate so...
