dvd player - brand suggestions??

I have a Valor DV-169 DVD player in my truck. I am on my second one and it works like sh*t. The place I had it installed at is absolutely terrible and customer service- to make a long story short I have been trying to get this thing fixed for about 8 months now. I finally got word they have a new one in stock they want to try Directed DV-2602. Does anyone have any experience with this brand or can you suggest a good brand? I am trying to do some homework so I dont have to go back again.

I'd try it and see how it works... Is this a roof mount DVD player or a central DVD player with monitor(s) in the headrests/dash/roof?

Central unit with headrest monitors. I looked on line but could not come up with any reviews.

directed makes a ton of stuff for the car including bad a** alarms, I would say their a good company.
