I have a 1997 Chevy Blazer (4.3L), I just recently changed my oil and did a brake job on it. When I went to start it up after, it was stumbling and running really rough and getting terrible gas mileage. The check engine light was flashing so I read the codes and it said cylinder 6 misfire. So I checked the plug and it has spark and the wire has a flow or at least I think it does. I checked all the connections and the connection to the cap and they were fine with no corrosion. About two months ago I changed every single plug, wire, oxygen sensor, distributor cap, rotor and a year ago I got a new catalytic converter. I just cant think of what it could be unless maybe it is a fuel injector (SFI). Thanks for your help!

Its probably the injector there is a bulletin to upgrade them to multiport injectors.
