Hello All, This is my first post to this forum. I have a question regarding specifications of the SBC. Where could I find information on torque specs and block measurements for the SBC, specifically the 400, but generally all SBCs? Thanks in advance for the help!!!

-Oil Pump to Main -Harmonic Balancer -Intake Manifold -Flywheel This is for a race engine that will be pushing out between 650 and 700 horses. Also, I used AutoCAD pretty frequently, and I'd like to draw it in 3-D, just for fun. I'v been looking for a site that shows measurements that I need to make everything as exact as I can, but I haven't been able to find anything.

if youre building that kind of power, you should be using performance parts, and every performance part that ive used included a torque spec. like included in the info about the part, no?

Well, stuff like the main and head studs did have manufacturer's torque specs, but the other things that I previously mentioned are being re-used. They are in good shape, so I don't see any reason why I wouldn't be able to re-use them. What I was looking for was a website, or something similar, that had a lot of info about the SBCs. I have books on them, but I'd like to have a quick reference all in one location. Would anyone know of any performance shops in the Houston area that wouldn't mind answering questions such as these?
