Hey I have an 83 S10 Blazer. Blinkers don't work. When I turn on my head lights the blinker lights come on.... But STAY on. No blinking or flashing.

I found a part that looks a little like this...

In my fuse box.

It's label says

HD FLASHER
552 12VOLT
fuse input lead

Could this be my problem? Replacing this a possible fix?

I dono if this will help but heres some more info.

The blinker lights stay on when I turn the head lights on. They dont' flash. Just a solid on.
Also the indash green arrow indicators stay on when I turn on the head lights... No blinking.

Back up lights don't work either.

I have replaced all the bulbs properly...
