I've got a 2008 white z71 tahoe and am looking to put rims on it. but i am not sure if i should put white or black rims on it, what does anyone think? also should i put a low profile tire or a meater tire on it because it is a z71?

I think you should do what you like best. Take a look at other posts picture. There is a good fella here with a white tahoe with black rims. Also take a look at www.tirerack.com and customize picture of your white tahoe with the rim of your choice. Good luck.

You bought an off-road tahoe, why would you want to put low-pro tires on her?

Welcome to the Tahoe forum. Depends on what you are going to do with your truck. If you are going off-roading, then you probably don't want larger wheels w/ low profile tires. If you are just going for show and big wheels, remember bigger, heavier wheels put more strain on your brakes.

I do not plan on doing any off-roading with my tahoe. so that is why i am looking to put 22's on it. I want to put either black or white rims on it.
