Now that we know what kind of truck you have I agree with EurogoldLS. I have a 2008 Guide to Towing published by Trailer Life Per this guide: a 3500 with 6.6L engine, duel rear wheels should be able to tow 15,900 based on that figure you should have no problem towing the RV you were looking at.
