08bu -> 2008 Malibu Wiper Issue (2/15/2008 8:56:29 PM)

Purchased my Malibu LTZ on Feb 11, 2008. Turned the wipers on for the first time on February 12, 2008 when it was raining very heavily. The driver-side wiper worked. The passenger side wiper did not move. At least it wasn't the other way around. I tried to tighten the bolt on the wiper arm but it seemed tight. I didnt want to overdue it so I took the car back to the dealer. They fixed it right away owing it to the bolt not being torqued properly. I guess it needs to be extremely tight to work. Otherwise, I love the car compared to the 2008 FX35 I got rid of because of alot of rattles and annoying shaking in the sterring wheel that dealer said was normal.
