I have a 04 1500 4x4 burb with the 5.3, that pulls my 6500lb cobalt just fine, very spacious and drives more like a car than a truck. gets 18 around town, 22 on freeway. but I have air intake, exhaust and superchip tuner. witch by the way is a great investment for the burbs, gets better mpg, can tune it for towing or sport and when in sport it gets up and goes for a big ol suburban!
