My truck is having a hard time starting when it is cold and I think I could be the fuel pressure regulator.  Does anyone know how to check to see if it is working properly before I just buy one and stick it on, thanks.

Hard starts may be caused by a faulty pressure regulator but sometimes you just need to have the system cleaned out real well.
