well I salvaged an 06 cobalt atx. Got it all put togeather and running. Runs smooth... except it has no power steering, no a/c, no windshield wipers, and no rear defrost. Also the DIC doesn't work properly and only cycles between "service air bag"(bad passenger seat sensor) and "change oil soon"(can't reset). I can't cycle through it manually. Still shows the mileage when the door's open and the car's off.

The blower motor works, but I can't change the temp or volume of air that comes out of the vents. a/c button and rear defrost button does not light up or come on. But the radio works.

Car has no power windows or locks.

No communication at all to my MODIS

Tested the bcm. Getting no voltage out of most of the fuses. A couple of millivolts at best. I figure I should replace it as that's what's causing the problem, but I'm also getting a light on the dash on startup that looks like it could be an anti-theft light or something. I'm wondering if it could have something to do with everything that's going on. I know some anti-theft systems tend to shut down certain vehicle functions when activated.

If anyone has an idea what I should do any info is appreciated. Thank you
