95 S-10 ZR2 Electrical Problems?

Status: offline 		My S-10's battery ran dead.  I charged it up and now there is a weird kinda of buzzing noise in the dash.  If i remove the Power Accessory Breaker fuse it quits.  The truck will not start.  It doesnt even crank.  Any ideas how to fix???
