Hey Guys. I am working with a 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ, with AutoRide. Has anyone lowered these or have any experience with it? What kit was used? How did you like the new handling & appearance? Any issues with the Autoride or dash lights? Trying to figure out which kit works and appears the best. Images would be nice too. Please advise.

Well there are a few guys on the forum who did the mcgaughys drop and seem to really like it.  If I had the money I'd go with the Kelderman system.....

Hi. Do you have more information on this Kelderman System?
Anybody have any first hand experience with this SUV and a lowering kit?

Well I know its called the GMT900 lowering system, and it is basically plug and play or at least thats what I saw when they installed it on an episode of Trucks.  I dont have any first hand experience although, for what its worth, I saw a guy in the Tahoe section of cardomain.com that installed it and said he loved it.

My wife's 07 LTZ is lowered 2/3 with the McGaughy's drop of spindles and springs.  Ride quality is pretty good with the air ride.  The back is a bit more bouncy, but no huge concern.  I can't tell any difference in the front suspension.  I do have issues with the abs/traction control.  The lights don't stay on or anything, but at some points when turning in parking lots, or making u-turns, the abs will kick on.  I think this is because I put too much stress on the rear abs lines when installing the drop.  I'm going to replace them soon to see if that fixes it.

Nice kit, however I am not sure its worth the $3800 MSRP.
