Whenever the temperature falls to -7 degrees C or lower the windshield washer fluid wont be able to travel freely. Sometimes only the passanger side is able to work. I thought that the fluid might be freezing so thats why none is ejected out but its rated to -45C so its not the fluid. Anyone else encounter this problem and any possible fixes? is it maybe cuz the cables for the fluid are exposed on the wiper which causes freezing or anything?
