Im having a problem with my either my windshield or windshield wipers. When I use them, they dont get all of the water off. It almost looks like they skip around. I just go a new windshield and new wipers and it didnt help at all.

maybe the springs in the wiper arms are worn and aren't holding the wipers tight to the windshield??
