could be many many things
1.hub bearings
2.rotors
3.idler arm
4.lower ball joints
5.half shaft (front)

I say take it to a mechanic and have them check it out

Vibration when "decelerating" with foot ON or OFF brakes?

What year and miles on vehicle and also what size tires?

Foot is off the brakes, it is a 2001, with 76,000 miles.  With standard size tires.

You're not driving in 4X4 I assume?

Does the vibration shake the truck (can all occupants feel it), or is it felt primarily thru the steering wheel?

The frist thing that I would do (starting cheap) is have the tires inspected and rebalanced, if that doesn't cure the problem then have the aligment checked and adjusted as well, most often these types of concerns are tire related.

If none of these things solve the problem you may want to start looking into the drive system checking u-joints, drive shafts and so on.
