I have a 2001 chevy blazer LT 4x4, and just curious how tough it is the change the fuel filter, it says it should be changed every 30,000 miles according to a few books and whatnot.  The truck is running fine, but milage has dropped off a little and think it could new a new fuel filter, new spark plugs, and a air filter.  Just wondering if its something I can do on my own with no lift and whatnot, thanks.
