I have an 01 Express that every so often, will not engage starter. This requires to turn the key back and forth until it cranks. Seems worse on cool/wet days. Is this possibly a chassis ground and/or ground thru the starter? Thanks!!

What's happening when you get the no start condition? Do you get clicking, one click, or nothing?
