does anyone know what color and where the fuel pump wire is inside cab area of a 02 Suburban 2500 8.1L? i want to run a fuel pump cutoff switch.

There is no fuel pump wire inside the cab, you'll need to tap into the feed wire that runs down the frame rail.
Hiding a switch under the dash makes an excellent anti-theft device.
