2007 malibu RPM limit (govenor) - 1/23/2008 7:19:23 AM    the_vigilante   Posts: 21 Joined: 10/3/2007 Status: offline MY 2007 I4 malibu seems to have the govenor and the motor wont rev past 4K (in park or just tryin to do a launch) and i wanna know if it can be removed/disabled or how to get around it Post #: 1

RE: 2007 malibu RPM limit (govenor) - 1/26/2008 11:01:11 PM    the_vigilante   Posts: 21 Joined: 10/3/2007 Status: offline no i was just tryin to do donuts in the parking lot cuz it was snowing.....even with snow and no traction i couldnt get it to spin....****ing lame. i would never try to drive a 4cyl thinknig its a nascar. a cars motor should have the same displacement as a bottle of coke. although ty for telling me its max speed, i cant see an I4 taking a 3K lb car to 175kmph but hey, i believe in miracles (in reply to MalibuMaxxSS) Post #: 3
