Hi everyone.  I'm new here and was wondering if anyone might be able to help me with a problem that has been occuring with a 2000 Chevy Venture that I recently bought.  I don't think the problem is limited to just this specific model, so if anyone who has some mechanical expertise is around, feel free to jump in.

Anyhow, lately(and it's only happened a couple of times), I'll have my AC running for less than 5 minutes, and the fan will just completely stop...meaning it will stop blowing any air out of the vents whatsoever.  So I turn it to the off position, and then after a few minutes, it will come back on again.  It is really strange.  Does anyone know what this could be?

I'm a little worried because it has already reached temperatures in the low 100's here where I live, and one cannot live without AC here without suffering severe consequences.  Any ideas?

Thanks.
