Here a preveiw of what our site will look like after a total transformation. If you see anything wrong with it or if you think our sub-headings (the small writing) needs to say something different, please let me know! Feedback is essential at this time.

Fellow moderators and Patrick, I have a final preveiw of what our forum will look like after the redesign. Feel free to proofread it. Patrick, if you happen to read this, how long does it usually take to redesign and move all the posts to the proper place? Is there anything I can do to further help?


General Forum
  • New Member Welcome Area - New Member? Introduce yourself and your ride here!
  • Lounge - Off topic. Almost anything goes!
  • Concept and Rumor Talk  - Any new concept vehicles? Heard rumors about a new Chevy model or feature?

Compact Cars, Wagons & Mini-SUVs

  • Aveo/Metro/Prizm  Chevrolet's and Geo's Sub-Compact Economy Cars.
  • Cavalier Starting in the 1980s. the Cavalier made a name for itself by offering an affordable 2 and 4 door compact.
  • Chevette/Monza/Vega The legendary Vega and its compact replacements, the Monza and Chevette.
  • Cobalt - This sporty compact was faced with the difficult job of replacing the popular Cavalier, but whether the base model, or the supercharged SS is chosen, is has made for a great replacement.
  • HHR - This retro crossover vehicle combines the usefulness of a minivan with the size of a mid sized car.


Mid-size Cars
  • Beretta, Corsica, and early Lumina - Among this grouping, these three cars, while being similar to each other, offered something for everyone, from a sports coupe to a roomy sedan. ('94 and older Lumina cars only)
  • Celebrity - The mid sized entry by Chevy in the 1980s, offered in both a wagon and sedan
  • Impala (2000 to Present)- Popular as a police cruiser and family car, the 4-door mid-size Impala is the replacement of the Lumina and in 2008, the Monte Carlo.
  • Malibu & Chevelle Malibu, the popular 4-door sedan has served as a police cruiser, family transit, and business car. Chevelle, the infamous muscle car and evil sister of the Malibu.
  • Monte Carlo & Lumina - Chevrolet's sister cars.  The sporty Monte Carlo 2-door coupe (1970-2008), and the economical Lumina 4-door (1995-1999)


Full Size Cars
  • Caprice & Caprice Impala SS - This full sized sedan gained infamous recognition as being the choice of many police forces nationwide.
  • Impala Sedan (1958-1985) - Chevrolet's choice luxury car, enough said.


Sports & Muscle
  • Camaro - The Pony Car, Mustang killer, dragstrip terror, car of the age, nothing describes the timelessness of this popular sports car.
  • Corvette - The Timeless American V8 Supercar.  Stingray, B2K, ZR1, Z06, Grand Sport, names that strike fear in the hearts of competitors around the world.
  • SSR - Chevrolet's Muscle Truck. Retro looks and Corvette-like performance combine to make this sleek truck a head-turner.


Fullsize Trucks, SUVs, SUTs, & Vans
  • Avalanche - Chevy's first real SUT, combining the interior room of an SUV and the cargo ability of a pickup truck.
  • Tahoe, Suburban, & Fullsize Blazer -  SUVs with maximum interior space for luggage and maximum towing abilities for work and recreation.                                                                                                                                                                                              Subsections:   'Modifications'      - 'Technical Help and Troubleshooting'

  • Express, Beuville, & Van- Offered in passenger, box, and fleet models, these vans have the capacity, comfort, and versatility to get the job done. 




Mid-size Trucks, SUVs, CUVs, & Minivans
  • Astro - Chevy's first entry into the minivan class, offered in All Wheel Drive to add to its versatility.
  • Colorado - The new compact pickup from Chevy, offering the usefulness of a truck without the big fuel bill.
  • Equinox -This SUV offers a smaller, sportier stance than the Trailblazer, all without compromising the SUV abilities.
  • El Camino - The car with the bed of a truck. Now a popular hot-rod. 
  • S10 & S10 Blazer - This compact pickup and SUV were made popular by both people just looking for a truck or SUV, or someone looking for a good small truck to go fast in, having been offered in the turbocharged Syclone and Typhoon. 
  • TrailBlazer - Originally the larger version of the Blazer, the Chevy Traiblazer grew in popularity with its powerful I6 engine, and also with the monster V8 offered in the new Trailblazer SS.
  • Uplander -This new sport-van offers a sporty feel and roomy interior, all in the body of a minivan.
  • Venture   -This minivan offers a sporty look as well as all of the modern additons of the minivan market. Replaced by the Uplander.
  • Lumina APV - The first minivan of its kind to feature third-row seating in addition to unbelievable cargo space.


Other
  • Classic Chevy & Unlisted Models- For Vintage Chevrolets and any vehicles that do not have a section for themselves.
