You could do some testing at the fuel pump relay. If the relay is in a power distrubution center, just unplug it. Use a testlite and with the engine cranking, check for voltage at the terminals where the relay plugs in. Two terminals should be hot, if only one, then the computer may not be signaling the relay to energize. Can you tell if there is an rpm signal? I just wanted to add, you might check for a signal from the crank and cam sensors. I can't tell you to replace anything without doing some testing.
