wow thanks northey! you rock. one other question.. if i install this (which i know i can do myself) could this void my warranty if i took it in for engine/tranny work to the dealership? thanks! cheers

I am not completely sure, I beleive this was discussed a while back and the consensus was that it would not void the warranty. But I will double check and get back to you.

OK, I look back at the post I was talking about and there was no deffinate answer, I would think that installing a CAI would not void the warranty, but I would contact your local dealer and see what they say just in case. If they say it will not void the warranty then you may want to see if you can get it writing so you have proof that the dealer said it was ok, so they can't change their mind down the road.
