I installed A S&B intake system on my NBS 07 Crew last week. Mileage wise at this time on everyday driving I havent noticed any difference. I did feel an increase in power in the mid range. Will be putting the truck on the road for a trip this weekend and perhaps the mileage will be better.

Hey bgkykingpin and fireguy8, I was just wondering what you guys think of your S&B intakes now that you have them so some time? Did you see any improvements, power, mileage, ect...? Just curious.

Ill have to check out this S&B intake you guys speak of, im curious. The best one ive found and used, and ive tried a few, is the Volant! Bad thing is, Volant is sure proud of their products, hurts the wallet.

Hey fireman526,  I would like to get your opinion of S&B after you look around. The website is www.sbfilers.com and they have some really good info at, http://www.thetruthaboutfilters.com/.

Alright Northey, you and S&B have convinced me :) I have "officially" changed my mind. Looks like they have a great product and they back it up with real world test results. No other company provides those kind of test results or testing procedures that ive found. And to top it all off, they are almost half the price of the Volant system I bought for my last truck. Thanks for the information, Im gonna put S&B on my list of things to buy in the near future.

Great to hear it, It seems that not alot of people know or have tried a S&B system, so Ilike to hear about people who have.

I just posted up at another thread I do have the S@B on my NBS 07 and it was easy to install. I did gain about 2-3 tenths mpg after the first tank and I could feel the power difference in the midrange,[I do understand the seat of the pants feel as I build muscle cars/drag race for a hobby].
