Hey guys N gals I am interior technician specializing in leather & vinyl repairing.  I also work on door panels, dash boards, consoles, & carpeting.  Mainly I find many of my repairs to be repairing leather & vinyl tears, dying faded seats or removing the stains my customers cannot get removed.  Aside from putting it out front that my services are here for would be customers I am more than happy to pass on tips to repairing or removing tears or stains.  So feel free to post up your issue and I will help you out if I can.

Ben from Automotive Renewal in Wenatchee Wash.

Hey K5,

One of my kids wrote with a pen on a leather seat, 2002 LT Suburban. I have used my leather cleaner, but with no luck. Also tried other household cleaners (diluted), with no luck. Any suggestions?

Regards,
Al

I have a 1997 chevy tahoe and the rear passanger side back to the seat wont go down the actual seat part lifts out the way but the back support will not go down. On the drivers side rear and middle (60/40 split seats) it all goes down. Any suggestions that you may have for me? I bought it used 2 months ago so not sure if it has different brackets on it or not but it is frustrating I have been needing to haul stuff.

Thanks for your time.

what products/replacements or methods do you suggest for fixing a sagging headliner? I was told that most spray on adhesives were a bad idea to use. Thanks.
