s10 engin - 1/4/2008 9:56:16 AM    clay1688@aol.com   Posts: 1 Joined: 1/4/2008 Status: offline i have a 89 s10 2.5l 5 speed tranny and i want to put in a 2.2l ecotec with a 6 speed what type of tranny should i use (keep in mind that the ecotec is about 500hp) or will my original tranny hold up?
