Maybe have some friends over, get a few small fireworks, pray '08 will be better than '07 (while remembering  and being thankful for all the good of the past year) and then call my Mom at 12:01! He just got in town from being away in texas in the army so we're having a welcome back/new years party to celebrate. Figure to have about 50 or 60 people there, plenty of booze and fireworks, and just general good times.
