Very nice car!  I have an '89 I'm fixing up (it sat for about 5 years).  But I've been thinking about getting a '69 (yr I was born).  My ultimate goal is to have a Camaro in every body style.  Guess I'll hafta win the lottery!!  lol

Was it hard finding that year in decent shape?

Actaully the price i paid wasn't too bad... After all i paid for it when i was 16 working part time at wendys.  I bought it from one of my dads co workers.   He also had a twin turbo RX7 which needed 2 turbos so he was selling the camaro pretty cheap.  After i bought it I had it appraised and it was worth double what i paid for it.  Now its worth more than double what it was appraised for then.  But I have rebuilt the Engine, Transmission, Rear Axle, Front and Rear Suspension, Upgraded to disk brakes, ect.  Actaully now that i think about it the only thing i have not repaced on the camaro is the fuel tank and lines going to the front, and the interior components  But the paint, body work, and floor pans i recentally put into it was more than what i paid for it.  So to make a long story short it all depends on what you are wanting.  I had a car that needed a lot of work.  Or you can buy one thats fully restored... Thats just not my style.
