I have a 2007 Suburban that I am looking at 20" Ice Metal 896 rims for..I currently have 17" rims on it and am wondering if anyone has changed from 17's to 20's. These will be 20x9 rims so they are a little wider..Can anyone one give me some insight on the ride and how these will work???? Any help is appreciated...Thanks..Also what would be a good riding tire to put on with the rim package??

20" wheels are no problem on that vehicle, to help you with a tires size check out this site that offers plus sizing and fitment info
www.sizeitup.com. free site that provides good info. the best size to run would be a 275 55 20 but for a lower profile you can run a 285 50 20.

20x9 is a good size, the thing you have to be carefull of when buying aftermarket rims is offset. You dont want your rims to stick out past your fenders, or your rims to touch your shocks or struts. www.discounttire.com is a good resource to find plus tire sizes for your vehicle and they give you multiple options for brands of tires and good prices.

Why just 20's? I'm running 20's on a mini suv, a blazer. I'm about to upgrade to 22's, you should step your game up and get 24's or 26's, anything smaller on a full size looks like a joke.
