I have been dying to try these on my hot rod. I know you guys are dying to have LED lights on your Tahoe's too. Thought these may work on your Tahoe's. These are called spider lights and are kinda pricey but very cool. They are standard socket lightbulbs. They compress to fit into a light housing and when you push them through they open up to a large size. I'm too cheap to buy them and see how they work so maybe someone can buy them and give us the review. They are supposed to work real well. http://www.spiderlite.com/gallery.html

I saw that thread but those are just single bulbs. These LED's give you an LED with a better look and brighter.

Your thread would be applicable to the backup lights, not the license or puddles in my other post. If the opened dimension fits in there (backup reflector) it would be better than the one's I have tried. Bulb 7443.

I opened this thread for others who have been thinking of changing out the rear lights to the LED Escalade lights but wanted a simpler solution..

Ahhh, if you used the words "tail" or "rear" or "Escalade Conversion" in your 1st post, then it wouldn't have caused the confusion.
