I picked up the accessory arm rest "organizer".  It is $35 at dealer. Part # 19166288.

It has CD slot on both sides.  I would prefer one smooth side.  It also has what looks like coin storage rails on the rear.  Unfortunalty I don't have the coin storage box to slide on there. Still alot of room underneath for the LARGE stuff.

Does this pull out tray reach all the way to the bottom? or is there an air gap?

It stops way short of the bottom.  There is still plenty of room for larger items below the top storage.

I just ordered one from Partszoneonline.com for $28 and I don't believe there is any charge for shipping this item (at least the final order receipt didn't say so).  It's scheduled to show up on Tuesday, I'll report back on the shipping charge and how it looks/works.

By the way Tahoe07, you mentioned another SUV and I know we are all Chevy lovers here, but I just purchased an '08 Ford Edge for the wife and damn that thing is awesome.  The Bluetooth Sync feature is amazing with handsfree controls for both an iPod and a cellphone.  Very roomy vehicle both front and back seats, love the panoramic vista roof, and '08 have an option for power-liftgate and 20" wheels.  Just another vehicle to consider during your car hunting.  Good Luck!

I feel your pain.    Friends don't let friends drive Fords. (Fix or repair daily)
