wet front passenger floorboard - 11/25/2007 12:14:14 PM    bwarner   Posts: 3 Joined: 11/25/2007 Status: offline I have had a constant problem with wet front passenger floorboards.  Rain or shine, hot or cold, AC on or off, I can't find the problem.  I have checked from time to time and have no issues then check again and the fabric and the under liner is very wet. Has anyone else come accross this issue? Post #: 1

Its condensate from the AC usually, but there is a grommet under the edge of the carpet next to where the floorpan meets the firewall. I have cheked the overflow for the condensate under the hood.  Seems OK.  Others have told me to blow it out with air.  My follow up question would be how is this condensate forming when it has not been hot here? I will look into the grommet next. David, It is not the heater core.  I does not have that sweet smell like you describe. (in reply to bwarner) Post #: 4
