I hear it gets hot in the interior of the zo6 do you think it would effect the life of the interior. my friend says it wouldn't, but it gets so hot that the air conditiner has a hard time keeping it cool.

What year is it. It won't affect the life of it but this pretty neat right here. Since corvette have automatic climate control then they can read the inside temp. and if the computer reads that inside temps. are I beleive 130+ and the engine is running and the a/c isn't on then it will actually turn the a/c on in order to cool the inside to keep from the modules and computers inside the car from getting to hot. Pretty cool huh?

The newer corvette are just amazing at what they can do.

Yes, it does get hot right near the center console area (top and sides). But nothing that the A/C can't handle. It's more "surface" heat, really. It's only been unbearable once on a real hot day. It'll be welcomed in the winter, though...means I don't have to use the heater!
