i have a 04 malibu classic and sometimes at start-up the service vehicle soon light will come on and the radio, climate control, cruise control, drl, and power windows will not work. if i turn it off for a few seconds and start it again the problem fixes itself. sometimes it takes more than one turn off and on to correct it. i have been told that it is the accessory side of the ignition switch that is causing it. just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and what you done about it

I havn't seen this problem personally but I would guess that it's more than likey the ICP or the BCM. It could also be as simple as just needing to be reprogramed though. It's hard to say without being right there at the car.
