I have an 2003 Trailblazer.  I need to know how to change the stereo head unit with out breaking the trim piece that surrounds it.  I can't see how to take it off to get to the stereo screws.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have a set of nylon pry tools that I use to pry out snap-in parts without damage.  I am not familiar with the 2003 Trailblazer, but lots of Chevs have the snap-in trim around the radio stack.  Screwdrivers can damage the trim.  Wider pry tools are less likely to damage it than narow ones.

I'm about to upload a video to youtube today in the afternoon that will explain the process step by step. Just try searching for 2006 Trailblazer or my user name which is also frankrizzo442 on youtube.

Here's the vid I made which shows you exactly how to remove the trim to get to the factory stereo for removal.
