ok so it is throttle body. i checked. i feel like an arse. so any new answers seeing as it is throttle body?!

A possible problem is fuel supply - low pressure from the fuel pump or clogged fuel filter. If you can have someone check the fuel pressure at the test port, that is the best course. If you can't do that, then start by removing and checking the filter to see if it is clogged.
