Gene, you were right. I had a blown head gasket that I had replaced along with a valve job. 1,100 bucks! Car runs pretty good now, but at about 35 mph with just a bit of gas pedal, the car misses a bit. Could this be going back to the injectors? They also told me my EGR valve was not working correctly and have it bypassed for now.

Any help out there on this?

Its too bad you had to spend this extra cash. I have a spare 2.2l OHV head sitting in my basement. It was for my girls car when she screw up her engine... then we found out her block was DOA.

so she got a new motor.
