I have a 2002 2500 hd 6liter gas, with auto, and want to go the synthetic oil route. I like the Pennzoil platinum and was wondering if the 5w-30 full synthetic is the way to go for RV towing 10,000 pounds in the hills of Ohio and Kentucky, no mountains here. is that the correct grade? Is the change interval longer? thanks Kevin Cincinnati Ohio

I have a 95 chevy with 193,000mls none-rebuilt engine. Very small. I put the recommended oil for everyday use. I pull a rear tongue trailer with a skid steer every day. Possibly heavier than the 5th wheel. I have had no problem with wear and tear on my motor. One more tip, I also change my oil every 2,800 miles on the money. It stays clean. zach
