Reason is money. they have to have a option for everyone on the market. Toyota tundra has a 6, Dodge Ram has a 6, nissan titan is coming out with a 6, f-150 has a 6. Have to stay with the market trends and leave it up to the cunsumer. My 6 has plenty of power and great economy.
