Well. With Chevrolet, the V6s are gonna be a lot stronger that the V4s. I have the 4.3L which is the same cylinder displacement as the 5.7L V8. So it has V8-like torque, but doesn't wind out. The 2.2L found in Sonomas are weak. With Cobalts, you have three base models to pick from. LS, SS, and SS(no S.C.) The supercharged SS is gonna have a lot of get-up-and-go with decent mileage. the other engines are very weak and pretty good on gas. The Impala can come with 3 different engines. 3.5L LZE V6, 3.9L LZ9 V6, or 5.3L LS4 V8. The 3.5L is quite weak but good on gas, the 3.9L is gonna be powerful and economical, the 5.3L is gonna be all power with decent mileage.
