03 with dule zone. only blows ice cold unless set to 90 any other temp blows cold and fan does not back off when cabin temp is achieved, outside temp sensor appears to be reading correct, any clues?

Hi BiggieDave,

wondering if you had made any progress - i have the same problem.

Investigating I have found the 90 degrees is the deafult setting for manual opeartion. I have replaced the header unit so I believe one can eliminate this from enquiries.

My next step is to run my hand over all the wiring looms - a problem with folding mirrors was traced to wire rubbing against metal and shorting out,

i am ALMOST EMBARRASSED TO TELL YOU, but after a great deal of diagnostics it wound up being a disconnected wire under the drivers side I must of kicked it getting out of the car, the story of my life throw parts at it like crazy always winds up being something simple :) dealhore i mean dealer says not the 1st time this has happened after 400bux...lol
