Hello There this is BatteryMan speaking.

I have a 1990 Chevy Silverado and it's been sitting for about 2 years in our backyard. I recently bought a new battery for the truck and it started up fine after sitting for almost 2 years. The problem though is that the speedometer will not budge. I took the insturment cluster apart and found that it's just a simple wheel that you can move by hand so i tried to disconnect it and plugged it back in and moved it down to 0 by hand. But it still won't move when i have it in (D)drive! all the other gauges are working fine. This is the speedometer my truck has -> http://www.pikipimp.com/pp/pimped_photo/s/image/13/543/852/Speedometer.jpg
Hopefully one of you nice people can help me solve this little problem.
