I installed the GM Performance CAI in my Silverado. It's a clean fit, quiet and looks sexy as hell under the hood with the chrome parts.

Put the GM CAI on my 07 Tahoe.  Same comments as above.

I installed an AFE intake.  Its not very eye catching but it is also pretty quiet and I have no complaints.  I would imagine they are all pretty equal in their performance.  My suggestion, find one that pleases you aesthetically and fits your budget.

Mac performance
My friend has the K&N in his Avalanche and it doesnt sound half as nice as mine, The MAC looks nice and sounds great. Ive been really happy with it. When I step on it, the truck sounds like I have an aftermarket muffler on it.
I felt the horsepower gain as well, its not much but there is a slight noticable difference.
I have to say I drive the truck like I stole it, so as far as fuel economy there is no difference.

Hope this helps

Has anyone tried, or heard anything about the True Flow?  The marketing video's on the website sure are convincing!

These are the only kits we sell. Just a nice quality piece. Im running the first production released 5.3 07 XDI on the tahoe. Sounds like an exhaust system under the hood. The CAI systems keep the factory box and is not anywhere near as loud. Have had great sucess on the Classic 5.3l with the Cai intakes.

Also is there any warranty that is voided with the Superflo (or any aftermarket CAI/Filter)?

I have a injen brand cold air intake (wrinkle black) on my 07 tahoe. I haven't seen any increase in gas mileage but I feel there is a little more throttle response. You can see the picture in this post.
