With 2 young kids and the required grear to hit the road, I have to put a cover on the new truck. The search has been narrowed down to a Snuglid SL or Gaylord 2000. Please help me make a decision based on best fit, finish, appearance, etc. Price is very close. Opening with a FOB is an additional $200 and it seems a bit of an upsell, rather than seriously practical. Thanks! Steve

I've got a snuglid on my 03' Silverado. It came prepainted and it's a perfect match. The quality and fit is excellent and it seals very well with no dust getting inside the bed. I preferred it over some of the others because it was low profile and doesn't obstruct your rear view. If Chevy would have offered one in 03' I would have bought it instead but I'm very happy with this one. Looks cool too! Thumbnail Image
