I recently replaced all components of my 1996 Suburban - compressor, condensor, evaporator, orifice tube, accumulator. After evacuating I begin to fill will freon. The compressor never turned on and I lost all control of airflow inside truck. When I turn the fan on air only comes out at the floor. I cannot get it to blow out the vents or defrost. A/C button also doesn't light. All of this worked before recharging. I got less than 10 oz of freon in. Pressure on the low side is about 40 and less than that on the high side. I checked all fuses in the fuse block and the relays in the relay box under the hood. Any ideas?
