i have the 4.8 with the 3.42gears. I dont tow often and so far have no problems with the power. but, for the future, can i swap the gears out to a different ratio to increase pulling power? and if so will it kill my gas mileage since its pretty bad as it is!!

i myself have nothing as of now. i pull the occasional trailer when remodeling and have pulled my fathers mid size farm tractor in the past. not with this truck yet!
